David Hubbard's Photo

David is a Sergeant for the Kern County Sheriff's Office. He has spent the last half of his career investigating and assisting in the prosecution of sexual assaults, homicides, explosives and general crimes against persons. During that time, he has trained law enforcement officers, detectives and allied governmental agencies in search warrants and search and seizure.
