What I liked best about this class was the case study the Instructor provided. It was very obvious just how qualified the Instructor is, so each lesson taught was thoroughly explained. The Instructor was also able to answer every question. Very enjoyable course. After learning the process of an IA investigation, it was very helpful to hear from an attorney with many years of experience who represents LE officers in both criminal and administration investigations. After hearing from the Instructor, his portion of the class became paramount to understanding IA investigations from opposing sides.

He allowed people to give feedback and ask questions and never rushed the students. Chris fostered a quality learning environment, engaged the students, and welcomed group feedback throughout. I also appreciated that there wasn't a ton of PowerPoint slides, and that he took a reasonable amount of breaks.

I like to believe I've grown to be a good interviewer, but I've never really generated a plan prior to an important interview — this course gave me the tools to be more organized and effective. One of the most interesting and engaging courses I've taken during my seven year career.

What I liked best was how very interactive it was — easy to maintain focus. This class provides wonderful tools and guidelines to help in a variety of cases. Almost like a Miranda card, you can read, learn, and repeat the process to get a good interview.
