Chris was very knowledgeable on the topic of critical incident management, and his experience and feedback were incredibly helpful. He allowed people to give feedback and ask questions and never rushed the students. Chris fostered a quality learning environment, engaged the students, and welcomed group feedback throughout. I also appreciated that there wasn't a ton of PowerPoint slides, and that he took a reasonable amount of breaks.

What I liked best — if I'm being honest — was everything. I am still a green patrol officer, but found RULE and Themes are something I can take and apply on the road. The first day was drinking from a fire hose, but by day three it was all clearer how to practically apply the concepts and techniques. The high level of professional knowledge shined in Will's teachings — you could tell his experience in Homicide elevates the overall course, bringing more depth and understanding to the student. Real world interviews and teachings were awesome. This course is hands-on and engaging.
